Creating Sustainable Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment

At Birati Globe Vision Society (BGVS), we believe that true development is achieved when individuals and communities become economically self-reliant. Our economic empowerment initiatives focus on enhancing employability, developing skills, promoting entrepreneurship, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for both urban youth and rural families.

ARISE Education – Building Careers Since 2007

Since 2007, ARISE Education, an initiative of Birati Globe Vision Society, has been transforming the lives of thousands of young people through quality career guidance, competitive examination coaching, personality development, skill enhancement, and employability training.

Over the years, 1,578 students from both underprivileged and privileged backgrounds have successfully secured Government jobs in various Central and State Government departments. In addition, more than 3,000 students have been placed in the private sector, serving in reputed organizations including TCS, M Pokket, and several other leading national and multinational companies.

By equipping young people with the right knowledge, skills, confidence, and career guidance, ARISE Education continues to create pathways towards financial independence, professional success, and long-term economic stability.

Sustainable Rural Livelihood through Organic Farming

Recognizing that agriculture remains the primary source of income for many rural families, BGVS promotes organic farming as a sustainable livelihood model. Through regular training programmes, demonstrations, and field-level support, we empower farmers with scientific organic cultivation techniques that reduce production costs, improve soil health, increase crop quality, and generate better market value.

To strengthen rural incomes, BGVS also distributes fruit-bearing and high-value cash crop saplings to farming families. These plantations provide farmers with a long-term source of income while contributing to environmental conservation. As the trees mature, they generate recurring earnings through the sale of fruits and other agricultural produce, creating a sustainable livelihood that benefits families year after year.

This integrated approach delivers a dual impact by enhancing household income while promoting environmental sustainability, making rural communities more resilient, self-reliant, and economically secure for future generations.
